Complaint
I've been an active Binance user for years without ever violating any rules or facing account restrictions. Recently, after transferring USDT from my BingX account, I discovered that both deposits had been frozen as soon as they arrived. Trying to get help turned into an exhausting experience. I waited days for customer support, only to receive generic responses that didn't address the issue. Eventually, I was informed that my account had been closed, but no clear reason or evidence was provided. To make matters worse, I was told I had a limited time to withdraw my assets, even though the frozen funds couldn't be accessed or withdrawn at all. It's incredibly frustrating to lose access to your own assets without transparency or a meaningful explanation. I'm sharing this case in hopes of receiving a clear answer from Binance and to find out whether other users have experienced similar account closures and frozen deposits.
